Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics NAV – Charlotte, NC
A well-established Microsoft Partner is looking for a determined, ambitious NAV Consultant to lead implementation and upgrade projects with their customers.
This role calls for a manufacturing & distribution focused candidate, preferably with a background in the Microsoft Partner channel handling both NAV and D365 Business Central projects. This role will play a lead role on an upcoming series of customer implementations and upgrades.
Your New Role:
- Act as the subject matter expert for NAV/BC on new client implementations
- Work alongside customers in understanding their business needs and designing a system that fits these requirements
- Act as the NAV liaison to support company stakeholders on systems functionality
- Train and support key users both at customer sites and remotely
- Help integrate with other applications – including Jet Reports, Power Bi, and Lanham EDI
What You’ll Need:
- dvanced knowledge of Dynamics NAV, experience with D365 Business Central preferred
- NAV Implementation experience is a must
- Experience in troubleshooting, support, and user training
- Prior consulting experience with requirements gathering, systems design, and testing
- Understanding of retail, food & beverage, manufacturing, and/or distribution sectors
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
